Become a member today to help us spread the word about the importance of astronomy, science, education, fighting light pollution, and being active in your community. The RAS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

While we encourage interested parties to join our astronomy club, please note that you do not need to be a member to attend our monthly meetings and star parties!

Because of policy changes at Sky & Telescope and Astronomy magazines, the RAS no longer handles subscriptions for club members.

* A New Member is one who has not been a dues-paying member of the Riverside Astronomical Society during the previous two membership cycles. New Member dues constitute full membership in the RAS through the next occuring month of June. As of July, regular renewal rates will apply if you wish to maintain your membership.

** We classify a full-time student as one who is devoting 20+ per week to a formal education program.
