General Meeting   February 3, 2007

Bill Seavey, who joined the RAS in June 1990, was awarded a lifetime RAS membership and a brand new telescope compliments of RAS members.  Over many years, Bill has been influential in recruiting new members, and was a prominent leader of our community outreach programs.
