This image is from the color CrystalCam prototype controlled by rev 16
of the AstroIIDC beta software. The CrystalCam is (in its present form)
an uncooled CCD imaging device based on a webcam with a Firewire interface.
All data, control and power are provided by the Firewire connection.
The picture is a stack of 34 images, each 75 seconds long.
It has been processed in Keith's Image Stacker and Photoshop and
reduced from its original 640x480 frame format.
Telescope: 10-inch SCT operating at f/6.3 -- unguided exposures
The faintest stars in this image are approximately 17th magnitude.
